Founder
Louisa combines years of music industry experience as an executive with expertise in managing content and licensing. She is now exploring how to increase the reach of performances and archival material in physical and digital spaces with MAG and Future Olympia.

History of Art graduate and MA graduate with a focus on the use of AR as an artistic medium, Eleonora joined The Cultural Broker where she consolidated her knowledge in immersive storytelling and exhibitions, managing research & coordination
Formerly CEO of the Arts Foundation, Shelley has worked with the Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix Estates to produce and curate global exhibitions as well as consulting for the Elvis Presley Estate. She also co-curated Punkulture, ReggaeXplosion and Inspirational Times exhibitions.
Robin Hill is the founder of Pet Sounds, and was also the General Manager of Joint Ventures at Ministry of Sound, looking after companies MoS invested in.
Francesca is a business coach and consultant, and the co-founder and former head of product and operations of Vastari, an online marketplace which facilitates exhibition loans and tours worldwide.

Lee moved from the video games industry (SEGA) into XR in 2018. He has a background of commercially focused experience in the video games, film, TV and music industries.

Chair in Digital Innovation at RHU. His current research examines how novel technologies and work practices enable the creation and adoption of new business, technological and service delivery models alongside the new forms of value that may result from that. Prior to academia, he spent several years in industry in project management and consulting.
